Five-Star Flavor, According to Our Guests

Parking is a bit tight on the weekends. Dinning area is aright for a place like Duluth. Not premium but at least it’s clean. Food from the grill was great. We got the 8oz fillet steak and jack Daniel’s pork chop. The steak was very good. It had a crispy layer of saltiness on it. The chop was sweet which I’m guessing was from the jack Daniel. It’s a regular chop not a rib chop. The steak was good for the cut, it’s not a fillet mignon so don’t expect that flavor but it still had a good steak flavor and was tender. Comes with your choice of side which ranged from fires to baked potatoes. Also comes with a side of steamed zucchini. All in all the food was great our server, Reba, was excellent she recommended the moscato wine which was to my taste as I like sweet whites. I do recommend making reservations as it speeds up the seating process. We were seated immediately. It really is easy to make reservations online so do that.

The food was delicious. I had the beef tips with mashed potatoes. And then a huge bowl of brownie sundae. Way too much for one person. But very yummy. The view was great.

This my favorite restaurant in Duluth as I love a classic supper club. The New York Strip was perfect and the Turtle Cheesescake was to die for. Any time I am nearby I make this a must go to stop.

Came for a nice evening out, and was so glad we picked this place. The food was phenomenal. Drinks were great! The service was super. Our waiter had great suggestions and was very professional. Look forward to coming again.

Really good classical ambience, reminds me of some old school steak houses I've been to in Wyoming that have been around for generations. Service was friendly. Food was spectacular. One of the best calamari I've ever had. We went with the ribeye and some potatoes, you rarely see twice baked potatoes on the menu but theirs was delicious. Little pricey but you get what you pay for in quality.

The red velvet cake was delicious as well. Had to get some dessert to top off the meal even though we were both full.

We dined early (4:30) to avoid the crowds and it was worth it. We sat at the bar for a cocktail before being seated and the chef was there on a break. We got a chance to chat with him and the bartender about the restaurants history. The drinks were excellent with a good pour. Our server, Marcus, was excellent. He was very attentive and a fun guy to chat with. Something you don’t get unless you dine early. The food was impeccable. I had the prime rib which is finished on a charcoal grill. Probably one of the best tasting primes I’ve ever had. There were also two filets and a ribeye served at our table and all were fantastic. Even the sides were cooked to perfection and very flavorful.

The bar area brings you back to a different era. Servers are attentive and friendly. The smoked fish was spectacular while the deep fried pepper burger was unique and tasty especially paired with the onion rings.

Great Duluth restaurant you should definitely check out.
